Being a Sri Lankan-based spice company, we have done extensive exploration of the spice industry and gathered all the necessary information about Ceylon spices. As a Sri Lankan company, we pride ourselves on being able to access top-quality Ceylon spices. We are unique in the sense that we have put on offer our products in various grades and standards to match the different levels of prices.
We understand how wide the market we are dealing with is and therefore we wouldn’t want to confine ourselves to a certain group of people. We have everything that will fit into your pockets without causing any depression.
All of our items will deliver worldwide without exclusion. We will complete your order within 2-5 days. & send through economy international shipping with registered post or Express shipping with EMS, UPS, FedEx or TNT. The delivery will take 10-35 days as per the destination. The customer is responsible for customs clearances and regulations at the destination.
We are able to provide tracking facilities for countries which provide open tracking facilities for registered articles. Some countries do not provide open tracking facilities and we are not in a position to track such articles we dispatched from here. We will proceed with inquiries with the postal services for unsuccessful deliveries belonging to such countries, after 35 days.
Especially for US customers, we are unable to provide tracking facilities due unavailability of open tracking facility for registered articles in the US.
Return Policy
You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased from us within 60 days of the order date. We will deduct shipping & handling cost from refunds. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the total payment and shipping cost for the return.
Returns must be made in the original packaging and sent to the contact address mentioned bottom of the page. Please contact us before send a item as return.
If the item has returned back due to incorrect address or slimier error that made by the customer, we will inform you and ask you for a refund or re-shipment. The customer should pay shipping charges for re-shipment. Shipping charges will deduct from refunds.
